High-Performance Sports Training Programs & Workouts Resulting in Peak Sports Fitness

Sean´s Complete Wellness belives the correct solution is to compliment and complete sport-specific training cycles in the off-season by improving non-sport specific: strength, balance, speed, power, agility, core stability and aerobic capacity.

This will allow coaches to focus less on fitness areas at the beginning of their pre-season therefore leading to an increased amount of time spent on sport specific technical and tactical skills.

Program Levels
Introductory Advanced Elite
Speed and agility training for younger athletes who are beginning to develop an athletic base and are looking to start to develop their ability to play at a higher level. Speed and agility training for high school or club athletes who have developed an athletic base and are looking to gain an advantage at the higher levels (College, University). Speed and agility training for University and Provincial team players who have a sound athletic base and are training to compete at the Provincial, National and International level.

All of our programs are based on our proven methodology.

ONLINE PROGRAMS
