Ally Graham
My name is Ally Graham and as a grade 11 student athlete I have been successful in many different sports, most notably track and field finishing 8th at OFSAA Regionals 3 years in a row; Volleyball, helping my team to 2 WOSSAA gold medals. My main focus is on Hockey where I have been a part of 2 Silverstick championship teams and won many provincial championship medals. Currently I am playing for the Bluewater Jr. Hawks AA team in Strathroy. During the summer of 2008 I spent a significant amount of time training with Complete Wellness which helped me to develop physically and mentally for the 2008-09 season. Mr. Pellow pushed me to work harder, run faster, and go beyond what I thought were my limitations. I found this program to be beneficial to my athletic career and prepare me and keep me in shape and developing throughout the offseason.
Becca Isaacs
I'm a 2nd year BSc KIN student at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON (Originally from London). I have been playing competitive soccer for 12 years. Throughout those years I have experienced winning five Ontario Cup Titles and three silver medals at Canadian Nationals. I now play for Wifrid Laurier Women's Soccer Team. This past season we finished with an OUA gold and 5th at CIS Championships.
Training with Sean last summer was exactly the push I needed to improve my fitness so that I could be more prepared for my second year at Laurier. Sean's sessions target all the different aspects of fitness, and are done at as high of an intensity level as you can push yourself to reach. After training with Sean I was a much faster and stronger athlete, and I showed up for training camp fit and ready to go. This year I am looking forward to improving my fitness even more, and I am excited that Sean's program gives me the tools and opportunity to challenge myself both physically and mentally, in order to get the results that I want.
Forest City 15U Volleyball Team
The Forest City 15U Boys Team committed to training once a week throughout our volleyball season with Sean Pellow and his Complete Wellness program. The training help improve the teams overall fitness, speed and agility. These improvements were evident during practice and tournament play, helping to improve the players transition from offence to defence and general court movement which was faster and accomplished with greater ease. Each player was able to improve their standing vertical jump by a minimum of 2" and some as much as 4". The athletes improved overall strength and endurance was a key element to the teams successful season. Thanks Sean!! Coach Dave Phoenix

For the last five years I have played for the Forest City Volleyball Club. In the 2008-2009 season my team won the provincial championship and won the bronze at the Canadian nationals. In the summer of 2008 I joined Sean Pellow’s training program to use for some off-season training. Sean’s program kept me in excellent physical condition throughout the summer and also gave me huge increases in my vertical, my agility on the court, and the stamina to last in the long OVA tournaments. Sean’s program got me where me where I needed to be physically to play at the competitive 18U division. This summer I hope to see the same improvements as last year to get to myself physically prepared to play in the OCAA at Mohawk college.
