One-On-One

Undivided Attention. Convenience. Results!

Individual “One-On-One” sessions provide you undivided attention plus the ability and convenience of days and times that fit your schedule.

Sean´s Complete Wellness will design a program based on your own requirements and goals. Workouts are varied and interesting, incorporating different, innovative techniques to get you the best fitness results in the fastest amount of time. With initial and ongoing assessments, we´re sure to keep you on the right track.

And along the way, you will be challenged, but your outlook and confidence will build, and results will be achieved quickly.

One-On-One sessions are avilable for:
  • Personal Training
  • Weight Management
  • Rehabilitation.**

One-On-One sessions are booked in blocks, with an initial minimum requirement for a 10 session block. An inital assessment and diagnotic testing are included. The cost of each session is $65.
